Minor girl rescued; 1 held in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A team of the East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) from the Basistha Police Station on Thursday rescued a minor girl from the Dakhin Gaon area after she went missing on her way back from school.

Police sources said that one S Quadri of Geetanagar has been arrested in this connection.
