NF Railway, Construction observed Rashtriya Ekta Diwas in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: With a view to fostering and reinforcing dedication to preserve and strengthen the unity, integrity of the nation, the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas(National Unity Day) was observed in the NF Railway, Construction organization headquarters here on Thursday.

The Rastriya Ekta Diwas is being observed throughout the country to commemorate 144th birth anniversary of late Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, the Iron man and Architect of India’s freedom movement.

On this occasion NK Prasad, General Manager, NF Railway, Construction Organization administered a unity pledge to the staff and officers of NF Railway, Construction Organization and paid floral tributes to Sardar Patel. Before administering the pledge the General Manager said that Sardar Patel was man of integrity. While speaking on the occasion, he also referred the Prime Minister’s relentless efforts to make India strong and united which was also main objective of Sardar Patel, a press release said.
