GUWAHATI: DGP Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta cautioned all concerned not to adopt any unfair means during the Grade III examinations slated on Sunday.
Talking to the media today, the DGP said, "We have completed all preparations for the recruitment examinations. We have trained our people also. Anybody adopting unfair means will have to face unnecessary harassment, including detention. The do's and don'ts of the examination are as they were in the August 21 grade IV examination. We have done all not to leave any loophole in the examination as we did last Sunday."
The DGP told the candidates to go to the examination halls well ahead of time not to get stuck in traffic jams. The examination will be in 25 of the 35 districts in the state tomorrow.
