GUWAHATI: The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science at Assam Downtown University (AdtU) organized the second edition of PHARMACON 2.0, a prominent international conference, with the overarching theme, “Pharmaceuticals Fusing with Nutraceuticals: Ensuring Healthy Lives and Promoting Wellbeing: Global Trend,” here on Friday and Saturday.

The conference was held in collaboration with the Central Ayurveda Research Institute (under CCRAS), the Ministry of AYUSH, the Government of India, Kolkata, San Pedro College, Philippines, and Daffodil International University, Bangladesh. PHARMACON 2.0 gathered together a remarkable lineup of internationally recognized speakers from reputed organization and institutions.

The event featured a total of 520 participants, representing 18 different states and involving 34 prominent institutions. States such as Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, and West Bengal, along with international players like the Philippines, Bangladesh, and Malaysia, participated.
