'PM Kishan' schemes: FIR filed at Dispur Police Station over graft

GUWAHATI: An FIR (First Information Report) was filed at the Dispur Police Station claiming that more than 8,35,268 fake beneficiaries were availing more than Rs 554 crore under the 'PM Kisan Samman Nidhi'.

The FIR filed by Subrata Talukdar, on Thursday, urged the authorities concerned to initiate strict actions against each official and beneficiary and others involved in this corrupt practice.

The complainant also urged the Police to register the case under Sections 409,417,420,and 468 IPC and the Prevention of Corruption Act.
