Ganeshguri Flyover up to Super Market in Guwahati Declared Protected Area

GUWAHATI: The District Magistrate, Kamrup (M), has declared the scheduled area – southern side of GS Road starting from Ganeshguri Flyover up to Super Market Police Point, 60-Feet Road starting from Supermarket Police Point to Last Gate, from Last Gate along the RP Road up to the entry point of Assam Legislative Assembly and from Ganesh Mandir up to Ganeshguri Chariali – as protected area. The order came into effect from February 4, and will remain in force until further orders of modification, revocation, cancellation or withdrawal, a press release said.
