GUWAHATI: Pratibandi Suraksha Sangstha, Assam (PSSA) secretary Nripen Malakar lodged an FIR at Dispur police station on Monday requesting the police to investigate into the allegation that he (Malakar) had hands in leaking question papers for the special recruitment drive for physically-challenged candidates.
There are also allegations in the media that the selected candidates are relatives of Nripen Malakar and that he had collected lakhs of rupees from the candidates.
The recruitment drive was conducted on June 9, 2019 under the supervision of the Police Recruitment Board. Results were declared on August 4, 2019.
