PALASBARI: Observing the increasing number of air travellers, LGBI Airport has launched some additional services for passengers' convenience at the airport. Of late, it has launched a 'fast food service' facility named 'Purple Foods' outside the terminal of the departure hall on May 27.
Chief Airport Officer Utpal Baruah inaugurated the outlet. Baruah said, "Sometimes, due to bad weather or in case of delays of flights, passengers face food crisis at the airport. By keeping that in mind, we have launched this outlet to serve food within a short time."
Purple Food elevates the dining experience by incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) and robotic machines such as Dosa Matic, Robotic Fryers, Woky Machines, Robots, etc., which help in creating food without much use of direct human touch, yet perfectly delicious with the help of Purple Master Chef's ingenious recipes! The idea is to keep the taste and food experience top-notch while offering cleaner, healthier, and Covid-safe options to all customers in the post-Covid world.
