GUWAHATI: The fourth day of the Autumn Session of the Assam Assembly witnessed a ruckus against the chair not allowing a discussion on the alleged anomalies in grade III and IV recruitment examinations and the arrest of Victor Das. The unruly scene ended after Congress staged a noisy walkout.

Congress did issue a notice to discuss the alleged anomalies in grade III and IV recruitment examinations. Speaker Biswajit Daimary, however, did not allow any discussion on the allegation.
