Rongali Bihu: Cultural programme organized in Raj Bhavan, Guwahati

 GUWAHATI: On the eve of Rongali Bihu, a cultural programme was organized in Raj Bhavan today. Assam Governor Gulab Chand Kataria along with the First Lady of Assam Anita Kataria witnessed the cultural programme, a press release stated.

Governor on the occasion greeted all the staff and family members of Raj Bhavan on Rongali Bihu. He said that Bihu is the essence of Assam which is celebrated with tremendous zeal and enthusiasm. “May the joyous occasion of Bihu fill your life with health and happiness.” the Governor added.

The Governor and the First lady later felicitated all the artistes who performed in the cultural progarmme.
