Sati Sadhini Divas observed in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The anniversary of the martyrdom of Sati Sadhini was observed at the Sati Sadhini Bhawan at the Magazine area of Borbari here on Thursday, stated a press release. On the occasion of Sati Sadhini Divas, the ceremonial lamp was lit by Monideep Chutia, Joint Director of the Soil Conservation Department. The portrait of Sati Sadhini was garlanded by entrepreneur Dibya Rajkhowa.
