SBI, Guwahati Circle felicitates Gyaan Bhuyan for achieving spot at RCM

 GUWAHATI: The State Bank of India (SBI) Guwahati Circle felicitated Gyaan Bhuyan at SBOA Public School, Guwahati, a prodigious talent in the realm of music, for his outstanding achievement of securing a coveted spot at the prestigious Royal College of Music (RCM), London, United Kingdom, the world's premier conservatoire. The SBI has extended an education loan to Gyaan for his studies.

The sanction letter was handed over to his father, Sattyakee D`Com Bhuyan, on Wednesday in the presence of the students, teachers of SBOA Public School, and representatives of print and electronic media. Gyaan Bhuyan, a remarkably gifted lyric baritone, embarked on his musical journey at the tender age of seven. His association with the Christ Church Guwahati Choir paved the way for his awe-inspiring ascent. Under the guidance of renowned mentors Patricia Rozario, OBE (Order of the British Empire), and Repertoire Coach Stephen Varcoe, Gyaan's musical prowess continues to flourish. This recognition reinforces our commitment to nurturing talent and supporting excellence across diverse fields," stated Vincent M. D., Chief General Manager at SBI, Guwahati Circle, stated a press release.
