 GUWAHATI: The State Bank of India (SBI) organized a tree plantation activity called 'Amrit Vatika' on the campus of Assam Don Bosco University. In alignment with its commitment to environmental sustainability, SBI orchestrated a tree plantation drive. This initiative reflects the bank's pledge to a greener and more eco-conscious future for generations to come. The tree plantation was done by the Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, Vincent M.D., Vice Chancellor of Don Bosco University, Fr. (Dr.) Jose Palely, General Manager (NW-1), State Bank of India, Amaresh Kumar Jha, General Manager (NW-II), State Bank of India, and Dhruba Charan Bal, along with other higher officials of State Bank of India and Don Bosco University. The students of Don Bosco University also participated in the plantation drive, stated a press release.
