Social worker Dr Dibyajyoti Saikia honoured for his works towards humanity

GUWAHATI: The Indian cell of the World Constitution Parliament Association presented the World Constitution International Award to social worker Dr Dibyajyoti Saikia for his works towards humanity and peace for the past two decades.

The association also honoured Dr Saikia with the Doctorate of Human Rights along with the membership of WCPA.
