USTM pays tribute to former Meghalaya CM Donkupar Roy

GUWAHATI: The University of Science &Technology, Meghalaya (USTM) observed the first death anniversary of the former Meghalaya Chief Minister Dr Donkupar Roy at its head office located here on July 28. The event began with a brief welcome speech by the USTM Chancellor Mahbubul Hoque, stated a release. Addressing the selective officials of the university present at the event, Hoque said, "Donkupar Roy sir's contribution towards setting up of our autonomous university will never be forgotten. He was indeed a visionary politician."
