World Humanitarian Day observed at Pragjyoti ITA Cultural Complex

GUWAHATI: The Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya (PBKIVV) celebrated World Humanitarian Day on Friday in sync with Sri Krishna Janmashtami at the Pragjyoti ITA Cultural Complex at Machkhowa. The organizers felicitated eminent personalities at the programme.

In-charge sister of PBKIVV's Chandigarh chapter BK Anita was the chief guest. Padmashree Jadav Payend and Birubala Rabha were guests of honour at the programme. Palashbari MLA Hemango Thakuria was also present at the programme.

The 130 noted personalities felicitated at the programme included journalist Haider Hussain, journalist and social worker Bhaswati Sharma noted doctor Prasanna Mallah Bujorbaruah, Daljit Singh, Surjya Bordoloi, Nayanmoni Choudhury and others.
