Around 10,000 people gathered at Dighalipukhuripar from where they went to the DC office in a procession and submitted a memorandum; addressed to the Chief Minister, the Revenue Minister, the Chief Secretary and the Additiol Chief Secretary (Revenue); to Additiol Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Rajib Prakash Baruah. They demanded land pattas by February 28.
