Imran Khan's New Pakistan? Ex-Wife Reham Khan Alleges Her Car Was Fired At, Held At Gun Point

ISLAMABAD: Reham Khan, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan's ex-wife, said that her car was shot at on Sunday night and that two men on a two-wheeler held the car at gunpoint. She slammed Pakistan's leader, voicing concerns about the country's law and order situation in her series of tweets. 

She claimed that her driver and secretary were in the car at the time of the accident and that she had just switched vehicles.

My vehicle was shot at on the way back from my nephew's wedding, and two men on a motorcycle held the vehicle at gunpoint. I'd just switched vehicles. My chauffeur and I were in the car. Is this the New Pakistan of Imran Khan? The former BBC anchor wrote, "Welcome to the state of cowards, thugs, and the greedy."

"Whether it was a cowardly targeted attack or simply a situation of lawlessness on the twin cities' main route, this so-called government should be held responsible."

She also tweeted a photo of the application, which she had presented at a police station in Islamabad, Pakistan's capital. Consider how time-consuming the procedure is. We've all been awake all night, and instead of interviewing us, they're questioning a shaken victim. "I don't fear death or harm, but I am upset and concerned about my employees,"

In January 2015, Imran Khan and Reham Khan married in a private ceremony. However, their romance ended after ten months, with Reham accusing Khan of being bisexual, abusing heavy drugs, and infidelity in her book, which was released just days before Pakistan's general election in 2018.

69-year-old Khan has had two previous marriages that ended in divorce. In 1995, he married Jemima Goldsmith, the daughter of a British billionaire, and they were married for nine years. Khan is the father of two sons by her.
