Directorate of Medical Education, (DME) Assam has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 333 Grade-III Technical posts under the establishments of the Principal-Cum-Chief superintendent, Lakhimpur Medical College & Hospital, North Lakhimpur.

1. Staff Nurse

No of posts: 201

Educational Qualification: B. Sc. Nursing/ GNM Course passed from any nursing school/ institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council and have registered with the Assam Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Council.

2. Nursing Sister

No of posts: 33

Educational Qualification: B. Sc. Nursing/ GNM Course passed from any nursing school/ institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council and have registered with the Assam Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Council.

3. Laboratory Technician

No of posts: 30

Educational Qualification: HSSLC or equivalent with Diploma/Certificate in Laboratory Technician from Govt. recognized institute.

4. Anesthetic Technician

No of posts: 4

Educational Qualification: HSSLC(So) with Diploma in Anaesthesia Technician Course (or equivalent) from govt. recognized institute

5. Audiometry Technician

No of posts: 1

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Audiometry and speech pathology or equivalent as per N.P.P.C.D. guidelines

6. Radiographic Techrician

Educational Qualification: HSSLC(Sc) or equivalent with Radiography Technician certificate course or equivalent from any Medical Colleges of Assam/ recognized Institute of Govt. of Assam.

7. Radiotherapy Technician

Educational Qualification: HSSLC (Sc) or equivalent with Diploma in Radiotherapy Technician Course from a recognized institute. Persons having PG diploma shall be preferred.

8. Technician in Audiovisual Aids, Photography and Artist for MEU

No of posts: 2

Educational Qualification: ITI passed certificate/ NCVT certificate in TV Mechanic.

9. OT Technician

No of posts: 4

Educational Qualification: HSSLC (Sc) or equivalent with Diploma in OT Technician Course from govt. recognized institute.

10. ECG Technician

No of posts: 1

Educational Qualification: Certificate/Diploma in ECG Technician Course or Diploma in Cardiac Care Technology.

11. Dental Technician

Educational Qualification: HSSLC (Sc) or equivalent with 2 years Diploma in Dental Technician Course from Govt. recognized institute.

12. Prosthetic & Orthotic Technician

13. Speech Therapist

24. Dark Room Assistant

Educational Qualification: HSSLC (Sc) or equivalent with 1 year experience in Dark Room related X-Ray processing works.

25. Blackmith

Educational Qualification: ITI passed certificate/NCVT certificate in Black Smithy

26. Carpenter

Educational Qualification: ITI passed certificate/ NCVT certificate in Carpentry.

Educational Qualification: HSSLC passed with degree/diploma in Fine Arts from recognized Institute.

Age: 18-38 Years as on 01/01/2020. The upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. rules.
