Qualification: As per the guideline of the Education Department, Govt. of Assam and Notification of DHE, Assam, Candidates must possess the latest UGC norms with NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. degree in accordance with the UGC regulation 2009 (excluding the candidate obtained a Ph.D. degree from off-campus).Candidate has to acquire qualification as on the last date for submitting applications. The candidate must have proficiency in the local language. In-service candidate must apply through proper channel with NOC obtained from the competent authority.

Age: The age of the candidates must not be more than 38 years as on 01.01.2020 with the relaxation of 5 years for SC/ ST/PwD and 3 years for OBC/ MOBC candidates.
