Pay Scales:
Senior Level Management Officers: Total emoluments at ₹ 95482/- (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of ₹ 20500-500-26500, plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules.
AGM: Total emoluments at Rs.86196 (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.18500-450-23900 (pre-revised), plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules. CTC : Rs17.76Lakhs
DGM: Total emoluments at Rs. 81553 (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.17500-400-22300 (pre-revised), plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules. CTC : Rs.16.80Lakhs
CMR: Total emoluments at Rs. 74588 (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.16000-400-20800(pre-revised), plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules. CTC : Rs.15.37Lakhs
MANAGER: Total emoluments at Rs. 67624 (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.14500-350-18700(pre-revised), plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules. CTC : Rs. 13.94
Dy. MANAGER: Total emoluments at Rs. 60659 (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.13000-350-18250(pre-revised), plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules. CTC : Rs. 12.51
Finance Executives: Total emoluments at Rs.40230 (Basic + VDA+HRA+CCA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs. 8600-250-14600, plus allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules.
HR Executive Trainee: Appointments will be initially as HR Executive Trainee for a period of two years. During the period of training, a stipend for 1styear will be Rs.18000 and 2ndyear will be Rs.19000.
Educational Qualifications: CA/ICWA, MBA, BE/ B.Tech Engineering degree, Post Graduate.
Selection Process: Personal Interview.
Application Fee: ₹ 300/- to be remitted through NEFT/RTGS in favour of ITI Limited. No fee for SC, ST and Physically Challenged category persons.
