Any Medical/ Public Health graduate At least 5 years field experience in MCH program/ Project management at State / Regional level, with professional knowledge of Neonatal &Child health is essential and in planning and management of Health sector/RCH programs Post Graduate training in Pediatrics or Community Medicine/ Public Health is essential. Operationalization & monitoring of SNCU / NBSU / PICU, etc is essential. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with strong facilitation skills, ability to analyse reports, plan and monitor projects Computer proficiency- 6 months /1 Year Diploma/ Certificate Course preferred. |
Addl. Consultant (MH) |
Any Medical Graduate with Post Graduate training in OB&GY or Community Medicine / Public Health. At least 3 (three) years post qualification work experience in working for RMNCH interventions and at least 3 (three) years field experience in MCH program/ Project management at state / regional level, with professional knowledge of Reproductive, maternal, neonatal and child health. Familiarity with theory and practical applications and essentials of maternal health. Experience in planning and management of Health sector/ RCH programs Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with strong facilitation skills, ability to analyse reports, plan and monitor projects. Computer proficiency- 6 months /1 Year Diploma/ Certificate Course preferred. |
Consultant (Family Planning) |
MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology/ Community Medicine from a Govt. recognized Medical College. 5 years post qualification work experience in public health or health administration. Computer proficiency –MS Office High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese. |
State Programme Officer (NCD) |
MBBS with minimum of 10 years post qualification working experience in health programmes. Candidates having added qualification like Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Health/ DNB in Preventive & Social Medicine/ Community Medicine/ Community Health Administration/ MBA (Health Care Administration) will be preferred. Candidates must have the ability to work in a multi[1]disciplinary team environment and should be able to plan, implement and evaluate large health programmes. High proficiency in Communication and Presentation Skill. The person will have to travel extensively to different parts of the state. Computer Proficiency: 6 months /1 Year Diploma/ Certificate Course preferred. |
