Qualification: Medical degree from a recognized Medical College and registered with Medical Council of India (MCI) / Assam Medical Council (AMC)/ SCIM.

Salary: Rs. 40,000/-

Age: 62 Years

Experience: 2 years of experience of working in Health Services/ Public Health Programme in Non-Communicable Disease/HWC.

Last Date: 05/01/2020.
