APPSC Job Recruitment Notification 2021

The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission invites applications online from the citizens of India for filling up I (one) post of Medical Physicist (Group-A) under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh in the Pay Scale Level-IO Rs.56100-167300/- of Pay Matrix) PM plus other allowances as admissible to A.P. Government Employees from time to time. This post is reserved for Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) Candidates only. APPSC Post Details, Salary Scale Given below:-

Qualification & Eligibility Criteria for APPSC Medical Physicist Vacancy:

M.Sc. Physics with Post M.Sc. Diploma in The Applicants must possess a Radiological/MedicaI Physics from a recognised University/institution or M.Sc in Radiological Medical Physics to equivalent from a recognised /institution desirable.

Internship of Minimum 12 (twelve) months in a recognised well equipped Radio Therapy Department, at the time of the actual interview, they shall have to produce proof Of successful completion of the compulsory internship certificate.

How to Apply for APPSC Job Opening 2021:

1. Before filling up the 'Online Application' form for the post, applicants must mandatorily register themselves with the Commission, through the facility of 'One Time Registration (OTR)' available on the Commission's Website www,appsc.gov.in.
2. Detailed instructions, for 'One Time Registration (OT R)' and for filling up the 'Online Application', are available on the above mentioned website.
3. Applicants are advised to submit only one application.
4. If an applicant submits more than one application, the Commission will take cognizance of only the applications with higher RID.
5. Fee paid against one RID shall not be adjusted against any other RID.
6. Applicants, with existing registration on OTR, need not register again and can directly log in
   
7. To fill up the Application Form using their user ID and password.
   
8. Candidates should not use Mobile Phone to apply online and carefully read and understand browser information before applying online.
9. The Syllabus has been made available in the Commission's website.
10. All candidates are advised to observe all COVID -19 related protocols during the Examination and Viva —Voce.

Selection Process for Medical Physicist Job Vacancy:

The eligible candidate will have to appear in a written examination in the following subjects followed by Viva-Voce.

a. General English 100 Marks

b. General Knowledge 100 Marks

c. Optional Paper 300 Marks

d. Viva Voce 60 Marks

e. TOTAL 560 Marks

For qualifying in the Written Examination, a candidate must secure a minimum of 33% marks 8. in each subject and an aggregate total of minimum 45 % marks. From amongst the candidates qualified in the Written Examination, the Commission will invite for the Viva Voce, numbers equal to three times the advertised posts, as per merit. In case there are a large number of applicants, the Commission may conduct an Initial

Recruitment Test (OMR Based Objective Type) on Technical Subject, to limit the number of candidates for the Written Examination to 12 times the advertised posts.
