New Delhi: OnePlus Co-Founder and CEO Pete Lau has confirmed that the OnePlus 10 Pro will be launched in January next year under the OnePlus 10 series.
The smart phone is the successor of OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus Co-Founder and CEO Pete Lau confirmed the same through a post on Weibo.
However, Lau didn't reveal the exact date time of the launch in the post.
According to reports, the OnePlus 10 series will also include a vanilla OnePlus 10 model. The company is also planning to hold a physical event at CES 2022 in Las Vegas on January 5.
Both OnePlus 10 and OnePlus 10 Pro are expected come with recently launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.
The OnePlus 10 Pro is expected to arrive in India in the first quarter of 2022.
As per the rumors', the phone is expected to come with a large square-shaped rear camera module and may retain features from the OnePlus 9 Pro including the zoom features. The primary camera of the phone will be of a 48-megapixel.
The display of the phone will be of a 6.7-inch QHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate, up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, maximum 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Apart from these, the phone will be loaded with 5,000mAh battery. There will also be an IP68-certified build for dust and water resistance.
The smart phone is expected to run on Android 12-based OxygenOS 12 out of the box. The phone will come with fast charging technology, and an alert sider at one of its sides.
