The second richest man on earth Bill Gates will shell out a whopping $644 million to own a hydrogen-powered environment-friendly superyacht which comes with five decks, space that can accommodate 14 guests and 31 crew members along with an infinity pool, helipad, spa and gym.

The yacht commissioned by the billionaire co-founder of Microsoft was unveiled at Monaco Yacht Show 2019, according to reports.

The superyacht will sail ship in 2024.

This is the first superyacht that he will own, say reports.

It is important to note that, last year, Microsoft Corp co-founder Bill Gates, was the chief guest of the eighth International Conference on Agriculture Statistics. He had then met Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation had also conferred the Global Goalkeeper Award on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New York.

Modi had then said, “He said though the Swachh Bharat mission was begun by his government, the people took charge of it. “I think of the woman who sold her sheep to build a toilet, of the retired man who donated his pension for a toilet, or the lady who sold her mangalsutra to build a toilet. Such a campaign has been unheard of in recent times.”

Modi said that States now compete among themselves to rank higher in cleanliness survey competitions.

Modi said that India is ready to share its experiences with other countries.

“India is very close to achieving its goals, we are working at a fast pace. Through the ‘Fit India’ movement for preventive healthcare, and we have made 2025 the target to make India Tuberculosis free. We are making fast progress in the National Nutrition Mission, and will be able to overcome malnutrition. The Jal Jeevan Mission has been launched to provide regular supply of clean water to every home. We have also decided to stop single use plastic by 2022,” said Modi.
