Time and again some politicians out of their shallow knowledge or 'criticism for the sake of criticism' make themselves a laughing stock among the rank and file. The case of Lalu Prasad Yadav, the founder of RJD, Bihar is a case in point. Now Rahul Gandhi aptly replaced him. But his mother Sonia Gandhi, of course, passes her comments thinking over the matter. Recently, a survey was conducted on national security vis-à-vis confrontation between India and China in Ladakh. It emerges from the newspaper reports that 73% Indians support our Prime Minister Narendra Modi, further the report adds that 68% Indians put China above Pakistan as a threat to national security and that 68% opt for boycotting Chinese products. We knew that long years of rule of the congress government in New Delhi did enough harm to India. During the regime of Dr. Manmohan Singh the foreign policy was such that India could not enjoy good relations with most of the countries of the world. During the regime of Jawaharlal Nehru China invaded India in 1962. Many innocent Indian soldiers lost their lives for want proper arms and ammunition and infrastructure. Now Sonia Gandhi comments that the Ladakh confrontation takes place mainly due absence of the Centre's aptitude. She lamented that 20 Indian soldiers lost their lives. But she never is heard commenting on how many Chinese soldiers were killed in the counter attack by Indian army. Our intention is not to find holes in other's pockets rather we want that a concerted voice emerges from a common platform all irrespective of party affiliation condemning China in this hour of crisis.
