Life in India is facing the havoc of the Corona infection, now it is on the verge of becoming normal after a very harsh period. The National Supermodel Committee of Scientists has claimed that the peak of corona in the country had arrived only in September and in February 2021 the corona virus will go inactive. The committee comprises experts from several renowned institutes, including IIT Hyderabad and IIT Kanpur. This is also indicating that the community transmission cause troubles, which was eventually partially accepted by the Central Government. The government says that there is a situation of community transmission in some districts, but not in the whole country.

Experts believe that its infection may spread again in the coming days. Therefore, the need to pay special attention to genuine caution, alertness, social distance, mask, treatment etc., is more than ever. A situation of caution, a crash has occurred, which can cause serious distress. Even though the threat of corona has decreased slightly, its spread has increased so much that in most cases it is no longer easy to locate the source. Now if someone believes that the infection is being caused only by those coming from outside, then maybe there will be difficulty in accepting. The conditions of conflict with Corona are now becoming more complex even though the end of the catastrophe is now near.

These are pleasant and hopeful reports that the number of cases coming out daily is also seen to decrease. In India, 88 out of every hundred patients are recovering, that is, the recovery rate has reached 88.82 per cent. But amidst these lights, there is a shadow of a dark community transmission; Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan has also acknowledged that the coronavirus has reached the phase of community transmission in some states of the country. As early as June, it was revealed in Delhi that the source is not known in more than 50 per cent of Corona cases. After the Delhi government, Kerala and more recently the West Bengal government have also accepted the community transition, perhaps under the same pressure the Central government has to partially accept. However, why is there any difficulty in accepting this truth fully? Another concern is seen that a large number of patients who are free from corona after treatment are dying of other diseases or their lives are in crisis. Especially breathing problem is common; many diseases are dominating the life of old people, health problems have increased in children and women too.

Health problems are a serious and worrying situation in the corona victims who are cured, this situation will have to be taken seriously and governments will have to be sensitive and alert. In many areas of the country, the infection has stopped and people are not feeling threatened, it is also seen that in areas where the corona is still wreaking havoc, there is severe negligence, not maintaining physical distance. Neither is anyone wearing a mask. In areas where there are more patients, the investigation of this chain and trying to break it is not happening as before. Once upon a time, whenever a single issue came up, its chain was discovered. We are probably out in the month of May due to compulsion to search the series. Many ministers and leaders have died due to corona or many have been ill, but perhaps in their case the corona source or series has not been discovered. In such a case, the partial declaration of community transition is just a formality, even though there is no need to go into this dispute, but the crisis of Corona is not averted, it is in everyone's interest to accept, take precautions and be sensitive.

Guidelines for avoiding corona are very clear. Everyone must ensure so much caution that there is no corona in any case and should defend themselves by assuming that corona can happen anywhere. A second wave of corona may occur due to the cold. Therefore, much caution is needed now. Amidst all the claims and warnings, delightful news has come that the Phase III trials of the Corona vaccine are now underway. India has also approved the third phase trial of the Russian vaccine Sputnik-Five. It is expected that at least one vaccine may arrive in November or early December. After the availability of the Corona vaccine, India has made arrangements to make it available to the people at the earliest. Work is being done at war level for this. The whole world is waiting for the corona to be vaccinated. The first requirement at this time is accessibility to the vaccine.

The culture of India has been a culture of courage and philanthropy. But as soon as they disappear from the periphery of their original culture, the basis of life shifts. A house without four walls is built where everything is unsafe. The past does not fade - the past is the present and suffering is the future. In this regard, this reality cannot be ignored. Some people only view economic benefits. They do not care about the destruction of the values of culture in return for their profit. Such people become criminals for messing with culture. Despite this, it is the specialty of India that it gets ready in every crisis.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently held discussions with officials to ensure the delivery of the vaccine. The Prime Minister emphasized that the vaccine delivery system should be such that government and citizen groups have every level of participation. He also said that we do not have to confine the vaccine only to the neighbouring countries, but to deliver it to the whole world. The need is that politics and political tricks should not be a hindrance in the delivery of government vaccine. Politicians do not work for social uplift but they have very narrow floors in front of them, but they should present the character of service on these occasions. There is also a need that the vaccine distribution system should be transparent, fair; there should be a mechanism to monitor its distribution.

Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan is credited with the success of the Pulse Polio Drops campaign from across the country; he has a lot of experience in this regard. He has also used his prudence and skill in facing the Corona epidemic. Now, under his leadership, an efficient and effective system of vaccine distribution is established, the government may seek the help of region-wise NCC cadets, NSS volunteers and other voluntary service organizations. It is also a challenge and the government's criterion that some corporate sectors have become active to take advantage in the name of vaccine production and prompt delivery. The activism of companies and brokers should not make these service enterprises tainted, their humanness and sensitivity seems to be blunt due to profit and greed, unfortunate that even in times of crisis, the mannerisms of them and the associates are same as before. There are greed for professionalism in the name of ensuring early distribution of Covid-19 equipment. It is important that the vaccine is available to the economically backward people cheaply; its distribution system should be equal and transparent. There are many challenges but the government is also fully prepared and the public is also ready to give every service.
