Ankita Konwar reveals how she had to cope up with her past while meeting Milind Soman

Guwahati: One of the much-talked celebrity couples Milind Soman and Ankita Konwar are always seen in love with each other. However, the story behind them falling in love with each other is even more exciting and interesting. Ankita Konwar unveils her love story and her past which will make one fall more in love with this couple and adore them.

Ankita, while coming in touch with Milind Soman, was dealing with one of the saddest and heartbreaking moments of her life and that was the demise of her then boyfriend. Before being engaged to Milind Soman, Ankita was in a relationship with another guy but unfortunately, she had to lose him as destiny had another story written for her. She was employed with Air Asia and posted as a cabin crew in Malaysia and "It was at that time that my then boyfriend, suddenly passed away. It was heartbreaking–it felt like there was no coming back. A couple of months later, I got posted in Chennai" said Ankita. Her coming back to India and staying in a hotel in Chennai with her friends can be called as a turning point in her life as it was then when she came in touch with the mega model of the country.

Ankita further says, "I was staying in a hotel with my colleagues. Once, in the lobby, I saw a tall, rugged man. It was Milind Soman! I was a big fan! So I went to say hello, but he was busy. A few days later, I saw him again at the hotel’s nightclub. I kept looking at him & he was staring at me too! My friends urged me to go talk to him. So I asked if he’d like to dance & he obliged! There was a vibe–I could feel it!"

She further added that she at first was reluctant at taking her relationship with Milind forward for being already depressed with a bad past, but when she confessed it to Milind, she could only get all the more love back from him that compelled her to fall in love once again in life and perhaps, this time even more passionately. Milind, on knowing about her past, had said her, "When I fell in love with you, I fell in love with all of you. Even the part that carries the burden of your past. So don’t be afraid, we’re in this together." She added, "That’s when I knew–this was the man for me.”
