Mumbai: The Coolie No. 1 trailer starring Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan has been recently released by the Amazon Prime Video. The film is a rendition of the 1995's version, which starred Govinda and Karishma Kapoor.

The film, Coolie No. 1, directed by David Dhawan will release on December 25. The original film was also directed by David Dhawan.

The trailer starts off with Paresh Rawal boasting about Varun Dhawan, who is his daughter's soon to-be husband. He said Varun Dhawan owns the Burj Khalifa and is also the richest man in the country. But the audience already knows that Varun Dhawan is actually a coolie, trying to fool Rawal.

Next up in the trailer, is Sara Ali Khan, who was seen dancing with Varun Dhawan. At the end of the trailer, the audience is introduced to the twin (Judwa) brother of Varun Dhawan, who is played by Dhawan himself.

Although the audience is familiar with the original plot of the movie, they are waiting for the movie as the trailer suggests the remake might have different scenes and plots.

The movie is produced by Pooja Entertainment. Prior to the pandemic, the movie was all set to release in the theatres on May 1, however, now the movie will be released on Amazon Prime Video.
