Guwahati: Bollywood star Salman Khan took to social media to wish his fans on the occasion of Eid al-Adha in his own style, albeit with a COVID-19 twist.
Since the country is celebrating Eid amid COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, the actor made sure to spread awareness about the virus. He took to Instagram and Twitter to share a picture of himself in which he is seen posing in the field with his face covered with a checkered scarf.
In the picture, he is standing under the dark sky and heavy clouds, signifying the difficult times that the country is going through.
Taking to Twitter, he simply wrote "Eid Mubarak!"
As per reports, every year, fans in the hundreds gather outside Salman Khan's house Galaxy Apartments to have a glimpse of the actor on the occasion. The actor waves at his fans by standing in his balcony.
However, this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is celebrating Eid in their homes.
'Bhai' will next be seen on the big silver screen in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. The film was slated for May 22, Eid release, and was supposed to clash with Akshay Kumar starrer Laxmmi Bomb.
The much-awaited movie also features Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, and Randeep Hooda. Directed by Prabhudheva, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai is believed to be the remake of Korean hit The Outlaws.
