MUMBAI: A mishap occurred to Shah Rukh Khan while he was filming in the US. According to a report, SRK needed minor surgery after sustaining a nasal injury while filming in Los Angeles for an unnamed project.

The super star is currently recuperating in his Mumbai home, according to the report. The Superstar, who this month celebrated 31 years in the Hindi cinema industry, said his "proudest achievement" was being able to amuse a large number of people repeatedly. At the 2022 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards (KCA), he was subsequently recognised for his performance in the action film "Pathaan" as "favourite movie actor."

In terms of acting, SRK will soon be seen in the films "Jawan" and "Dunki." 'Jawan,' directed by Atlee, will debut in theatres on September 7. Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi are also featured in the movie.

Additionally, the actor will appear in a cameo in Salman Khan's Tiger 3 before taking the lead in Rajkumar Hirani's "Dunki." His debut on-screen partnership with Taapsee Pannu will be in "Dunki." The movie is slated to hit theatres in December 2023. Since the news of Shah Rukh Khan's accident broke, his followers have been standing by him. While some people posted news reports about the actor's hospitalisation following his accident, others wished him a speedy recovery.

Shah Rukh Khan was hurt before, so this is not the first time. The actor suffered a patellar fracture while filming "Fan."

On September 7, the film "Jawan" starring Shah Rukh Khan will be released. The film's music rights were sold to music label T-Series for a record-breaking Rs 36 crore in an unheard-of transaction. Many players were eyeing the transaction during the intense competition for these rights, but T-Series ultimately prevailed by gaining the music rights to "Jawan." Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi are also featured in the movie.
