Sushant Singh Rajput's Kai Po Che Turns 8, Abhishek Kapoor Becomes Nostalgic

Sushant Singh Rajput's debut Bollywood film, Kai Po Che completes 8 years today. The film was adapted from Chetan Bhagat's The 3 Mistakes of My Life.

The director, Abhishek Kapoor turns nostalgic when he remembers every moment of the process of making his film, Kai Po Che that has turned eight years today i.e. on Monday.

This was the debut film of Late Sushant Singh Rajput. The movie was the adaption of the famous novel written by a well-known author, Chetan Bhagat, "The 3 mistakes of my life". Rajkummar Rao and Amit Sadh were also starred in the film. Abhishek Kapoor took to Twitter and expressed his feeling that the stars of the film, in spite of being ammeter, took the film to the next level. Choosing them as the actors undoubtedly did justice to the blockbuster movie and he condoles on the loss of the gem famous actors, Sushant Singh Rajput. Although it was his first film the way he performed was just commendable.

He poured his heart written, "The thrill of starting this journey with a new team hungry 2 give their best at the dawn of their careers stands most vividly in mind..One can't quantify the love our film continues to receive over the years; neither can we quantify the pain we feel at the loss of our crown jewel"

The songs in the movie were just evergreen and are still most-liked by the audience. The Indian famous music composer Amit Trivedi also posted a clip on his Instagram with his song "Shubhaarambh" playing as background music just as a gesture to remember the moments of the evergreen movie which got released in 2013.

What did Late Sushant Singh Rajput say about his debut movie?

In an old video of behind the scene, Sushant expressed how he used to live with his character Ishaan played in the film before the shoot.

Sushant expressed his thoughts on how he completely got involved with the character Ishaan and said, "I've been thinking about Ishaan 90 per cent of the time, for the past four months. Nowadays, it seems that I've started living and thinking like him. It is not that it happened because of this reason or that reason. It just happened".

He also said that his character in the film has weird qualities of impulsiveness, transparency and he is not a hypocrite so fewer clean-hearted people would like him. His character is quite interesting and he quite enjoyed playing his role. 

Sushant won Critic's Best actor award at Dadasahed Phalke Award:

Kai Po Che was the 2013 movie directed by Abhishek Kapoor and this was the first movie of the Late Sushant Singh Rajput. He stepped into Bollywood with this film and earlier he used to play the character of Manav in the famous TV serial 'Pavitra Rishtra'. After Kai Po Che, he continued with his career in Bollywood giving us several blockbuster movies like Detective Byomkesh Bakshy, Raabta, PK, Sonchiriya, Chhichhore, and M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, Kedarnath, Sonchiriya and Shuddh Desi Romance.

His movie 'Dil Bechara' was his last film that appeared on the OTTP platform which was released after his death.

The Dadasaheb Phalke Award 2021 awarded the Critic's Best actor award to the late actor on Sunday for his dedication and achievements. The official account of the Dadasaheb Phalke international film festival on Instagram declared the winner and congratulated the actor for winning the prestigious award for his dedication and his achievements and said that everyone misses him.
