California Mother Gives Birth To Twins In Different Years

California: A mother in California gave birth to twins of which one baby was born at 11:45 on December 31st while the other was born 15 later which automatically fall on January 1.

According to a report, Fatima Madrigal and Robert Trujillo's babies were born at Natividad Medical Centre in Salinas, California.

The report claimed that the couple's daughter was born just 15 minutes after their son.

Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter on Sunday, the medical confirmed the same and tweeted, ''"Natividad welcomed Aylin Yolanda Trujillo as the area's first baby of 2022!" the hospital tweeted on Saturday. "Her twin, Alfredo Antonio Trujillo, was born 15 minutes earlier at 11:45 pm Friday, Dec. 31, meaning their birthday falls on a different day, month and year— a 1 in 2 million chance!"

Expressing her happiness, the mother said that it was crazy for her that her babies are twins and have different birthdays.

Meanwhile, a doctor named Dr Ana Abril Arias termed it as one of the most memorable deliveries of her career.

Reportedly, similarly, an Indiana woman's twins were born on different days, months and decades after being welcomed in this world just 30 minutes apart.
