Everyone wants to have hair that is robust and healthy. We all agree that genetics play a big role in the quality of our hair, but taking good care of it also helps us realise our goals. Currently, the first few items that come to mind when we think of adequate care are oil, shampoo, and medication, all of which contain chemicals and preservatives. But why damage your hair with artificial components when you can accomplish the same thing at home? It's true that we're discussing a healthy diet and way of living. We can maintain the health of our hair by using some straightforward good diet techniques, says nutrition specialist Rupali Datta. This implies that we must deliberate on the foods we should include and exclude from our daily diet.

Spinach is a rich source of iron and biotin, both of which aid in promoting the delivery of oxygen to tissues, including hair follicles, according to reports. Ferritin is a different substance found in spinach that is thought to be similarly vital for promoting good hair development.

Antioxidants and vitamin A found in cucumbers help to eliminate pollutants and increase hydration. Additionally, the nutrients help the scalp's skin glands produce sebum. Amla is a superfood that is also well-known for improving general health. It is abundant in vitamin C, a potent antioxidant that prevents cell damage and encourages the growth of healthy hair.
