ROME: Alberto and Giuseppe Rosso, the two farmers from Italy, have grown the world's largest cherry. An enormous 33g organic fruit that broke the past record, the fruit was additionally recorded to be the world's heaviest cherry. The fruit was grown by Alberto and Giuseppe Rosso of Pecetto Torinese, Piedmont. According to the reports, the Rosso family has been growing cherries for almost a century. Alberto said that for a couple of years, they have seen that their carmen cherries were Guinness world records in size so this year they chose to do things right and called a board of specialists.
It is to be mentioned that the Rosso family has been cultivating cherries for over a century, and they are specialists in this field. This accomplishment is considerably more huge for them since Italian cherry producers reported a helpless harvest this year. In spite of this, the Rosso family figured out how to set this world record. The new record convincingly beat the past Italian farmer's record of 26.45g set in Ferrara in February of this year.
