Sing when you are sad.
Cry out your happiness with tears of joy.
Release your emotions when it demands.
Pour out your feelings in black and white.
Celebrate your loneliness.
Support your 'self', in times of loss.
Write it out, all that you experience.
Make heartbreaks your greatest motivation.
Gear yourself up to never give up.
Get more sleep if your mind is tired.
Just be yourself, if that is the need of the hour.
Eat your favourite food, watch your favourite movie.
Take a break from life...
Do all that you feel is a cure for you.
It's fine to be not fine sometimes.
It's okay to feel bitter or sad.
It's okay to carry the burden of a broken heart.
You will still grow, out of your darkness.
Endure it, understand it, feel it and live it.
Things will begin to fade gradually.
And a day will soon arrive, when
Every heartbreak will be just a faint memory...
