New Delhi: Maruti Suzuki on Thursday launched the new face-lifted XL6 in the country which is a premium six-seater version of the Ertiga seven-seater MPV.

The company launched its first version on the market in August 2019.

The newly launched version comes with plenty of features, including cosmetic enhancements, new features, and an updated power train.

XL6 launched Variants And Price

Maruti XL6 has been launched in 4 variants. The lowest price in this is Rs 11.29 lakh for the manual transmission model of Zeta. The price of its automatic transmission is Rs 12.79 lakh. Apart from this, it has also been launched in variants like Alpha, Alpha +, and Alpha + Dual Tone. The maximum ex-showroom price of this car is Rs 14.55 lakh.

Powerful Engine

In the new Maruti XL6, the company has given a 1.5-liter petrol K15 dual jet engine. It has come with 5-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. It will generate 103 bhp max power and 138Nm peak torque. The company claims that the new K-Series engine produces 11.2% fewer carbon emissions.

Feature

Many premium features have been given in the new Maruti XL6, as well as safety has also been taken care of. Dual airbags will come in the standard model. While the car has safety features like a 360-degree camera, child safety mount, ABS, and pedestrian detection system. There are also Car Connect features like Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The car has a 7-inch infotainment screen that comes with SmartPlay.

Chrome Grille

Speaking about the Grill, the company has used an extra chrome finish to improve the exterior look. Apart from these, it has 16-inch dual-tone wheels. Also, the chrome touch has been enhanced on the side and rear of the car.

Ventilated Seats

The company has given the option of ventilated seats for the first time in any of its vehicles. The driver and front passenger seat of this car will be ventilated. The hot and humid weather in India lasts for a long time, so customers have been demanding ventilated seats for a long time. The ventilated seat helps protect the driver and passenger from sweating during long journeys. These seats are fitted with blowers inside which maintain the circulation of air through tiny holes.

Dashboard Finish

The cabin of the Maruti XL6 has always been its unique property. The company has kept the cabin of the car premium this time as well. This 6-seater car is quite spacious and the dashboard has been given a stone finish. A silver lining look has been given from door to panel.
