CRPF jawan martyred in J&K's Pulwama; 2 terrorists killed

A Central Reserve Police Force soldier was martyred in a gunfight with militants in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district on Tuesday, June 23.

Two militants were gunned down in the gunfight.

The Gunfight broke out in Bundzoo area of Pulwama district after a search operation was launched by police, the Indian Army, and CRPF in search of suspected militants.

It has been reported that during the encounter, a CRPF jawan sustained critical injuries and later succumbed to death.

It is to be mentioned that the search operation is still going on.
