With this difficult Covid situation, many on Twitter have come forward to offer their services to those in need of help to find medicines, hospital beds and oxygen. Unable to get through the national and other helpline numbers, many have resorted to tweeting, urging for help.

Many Twitter users have also offered food services or groceries and other essentials. On the other hand, there are doctors who have offered online consultation which is free of cost on Twitter.

Notably, many journalists have also helped people on Twitter to connect to the relevant departments related to the coronavirus situation.
