India Sets History as Chandrayaan-3 Becomes First to Land on South Pole of Moon

BENGALURU: In a landmark achievement, ISRO’s Chandrayaan-3 mission has made history by successfully landing the Vikram Lander module on the far side of the Moon's surface. This remarkable feat marks India as the first country to accomplish a soft landing on the lunar south pole at around 6 PM IST on Wednesday.
