NEW DELHI : On 28th of December, Wednesday, PM Narendra Modi's mother was admitted in Ahmedabad hospital as the condition of her health deteriorated in the afternoon.

Security arrangements has been beefed up at the UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre, where PM's mother Heeraben is admitted. However, her medical state is declared stable, as per the hospital. 

Kuniyil Kailashnathan and Bhupendrabhai Patel, Gujarat CM, arrived at the hospital as soon as receiving the information. Furthermore, Asarwa and Dariyapur MLAs also rushed to hospital. 

Heeraben has turned 100 in 2022 and the she got hospitalised just a day after Modi's brother Prahlad Modi met with an accident on Tuesday. 

Prahlad Modi was with his family inside a Mercedes-Benz when unfortunately the vehicle hit a roadside divider. As per the sources, Prahlad along with his son, grandchild, daughter in law and the driver received injuries after in the unfortunate incident. 

They were all admitted in the JSS hospital and as per the police, the injuries are minor. The accident took place near Kadakola, while they were on their way to Bandipur at around 1:30 pm in the afternoon. SP of Mysuru, Seema Latkar rushed to the spot of incident and also visited the hospital. 

She informed the media about the child's left leg fracture, but it is under proper treatment and care. A case also been filed in Mysuru South police station. The cause of accident is suspected as dizziness felt by the driver while driving the car. Pratap Sinha , member of Parliament of Mysuru-Kodagu constituency also visted the hospital. 

While speaking to the reporters he stated that, Prahlad Modi has received minor injuries in face and neck, other than everybody's condition is stable with minor injuries. 

Prime Minister Modi, met his mother while his stay in Gujarat in the time of assembly elections 2022.
