Guwahati: Telecom majors Reliance Jio, Airtel, Vodafone-Idea, and BSNL have come up with new tariff plans to whet customers' appetites. This follows the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) asking the big companies, Vodafone and Airtel, to stop their premium plans which offer higher data speed and better connectivity to customers.
The tariff plans launched by Reliance Jio, Airtel, Vodafone, and BSNL this month are as follows:
Vodafone Red Max and Red Together M plans
Vodafone has launched two new Red Postpaid plans named Red Max and Red Together M at Rs 699 and Rs 899, respectively. The plan offers customers a total of four connections in which the primary member can enjoy 70 GB and 30 GB for the secondary member. The particular plan includes data rollover up to 200 GB for the primary member and 50 GB for the secondary member. Apart from this, unlimited voice calling and 100 SMSes per month is benefitted to the customers. Moreover, additional benefits include a full year of subscription of Amazon Prime for the primary members and one year of Vodafone Play subscription for both primary and secondary members.
The plan Red Max provides the customers unlimited data and unlimited calling benefits at Rs 699. The company also provides free subscription to Amazon Prime for a year and Vodafone play, as well.
Vodafone Rs 819 plan
The plan offers the customers 2GB of daily high speed data for 84 days. The company is also providing benefits of unlimited calling and 100 SMSes per day. The plan offers a complimentary subscription to Vodafone Play and services and a full year Zee5 subscription worth Rs 999.
Airtel Rs 289 and Rs 79 plans
In a partnership with Zee 5, Airtel has launched two new recharge plans on the rate of Rs 289 and Rs 79. The company is providing benefits of 1.5 GB of daily data along with unlimited calling benefits and 100 SMSes daily under the Rs 289 plan. Apart from this the company is providing their customers complimentary subscription of Zee5, Airtel Xstream, and Wynk music for the whole duration of the plan. The plan has a validity of 28 days.
The plan of Rs 79 provides complimentary access to Zee5, Airtel Xstream and Wynk Music for 30 days.
Complementary data coupons on recharge
Airtel has recently started offering two coupons of 1GB data, each with a validity of 28 days for the plans of Rs 219, Rs 249, Rs 279, Rs 298, Rs 349 or Rs 398.
The company is offering four coupons with a validity of 56 days to the customers who are recharging for the packs of Rs 399, Rs 449 and Rs 558. The customers recharging for Rs 598 and Rs 698 packs will be offered six 1 GB data coupons with a validity of 84 days.
Reliance Jio 249 plan
The company is providing the benefit of 2GB daily high-speed data with unlimited calls to Jio users and 1000 minutes of calling on non-Jio networks along with 100 SMSes daily and subscription to Jio apps with the validity of 28 days.
The company discontinued its two most affordable plans of Rs 49 and Rs 69 for JioPhone users.
BSNL Rs 151, Rs 251 and Rs 108 plans
The company launched two work from home special tariff vouchers with a new first recharge coupon priced at Rs 151, and Rs 251 and Rs 108 FRC coupon, respectively. The Rs 151 plan offers the 40GB data cap, whereas the Rs 251 plan offers a 70GB data cap for 30 days to their customers. The new FRC coupon of Rs 108 will provide the benefit of unlimited calling facility, 1GB of daily data, and 500 SMSes, for 60 days.
BSNL Rs 94 and Rs 95 plans
The particular plans of Rs 94 'Advance per Minute' and Rs 95 'Advance per second' offers the customers 3GB of data 90 days along with free access to personalized ringback tones (PRBT) for 60 days. The Rs 94 and Rs 95 plans come with the pulse rate of 60 seconds and one second, respectively.
BSNL Rs 599 plan
Under this plan, the company is offering 5GB of daily high-speed data along with unlimited voice calls and 100 SMSes per day for a validity of 90 days. The plan also offers 250 outgoing minutes on roaming quota.
