Mumbai: On Sunday, it was reported by official sources that Aryan Khan has promised to work for the poor in front of the NCB officials.
According to national media, Aryan Khan had undergone counselling by the NCB officials while serving jail time in Mumbai. During the counselling, the star kid had promised the zonal director of NCB Sameer Wankhede that he will make him proud by working for the betterment of the poor.
To quote, Aryan Khan said to Wankhede, "I will do something that will make you proud."
Additionally, Aryan Khan further promised the NCB officials that we would never indulge in something that would tarnish his name.
Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on October 2 after a drug raid on a cruise ship in Mumbai. Along with him, his companions and several others such as Arbaaz merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Gomit Chopra, Nupur Satija and Vikrant Chhokar were also arrested by the police.
During the raid, the Narcotics Control Bureau recovered charas, Mephedrone (MD), MDMA and cocaine from the cruise ship.
Aryan Khan's bail plea had been rejected by the Mumbai court several times. He has been released from the NCB custody and is currently lodged at Arthur Jail in Mumbai until his next hearing which is said to be held on October 20.
