Two women in Punjab jumped out of a running vehicle

Amritsar: In Amritsar, Punjab, two women jumped out of a running taxi when the taxi driver tried to molest one of them. The third women in the taxi was saved by the locals of the area.

The accused driver was later arrested. The three women booked the cab to go to a restaurant in Ranjit Avenue locality in the evening.

The driver started molesting one of the women, but as she resisted his moves, he increased the speed of the vehicle. She along with another one of the three women jumped out of the running car.

The locals who were standing by the side of the road, saw the two women jumping out of the vehicle. They chased and stopped the cab to rescue the third women.

The accused driver fled from the scene after the incident took place. However, the police could arrest him later.
