New Delhi: Former US President Donald Trump has launched its first-ever app named Truth Social. The app is available on Apple's App Store.

Interestingly, there is a large user base of an iPhone in America. Actually, Donald Trump was banned on many social media platforms last year as he used to post messages which incite violence. After this, Trump had announced to bring his own social media platform. Earlier, his sons have also indicated about this app.

On February 15, Donald Trump's son shared a screenshot of his father Trump's verified @realDonaldTrump Truth social account from his verified Twitter account on the microblogging site. While sharing screenshots of former US President Truth social account, Junior Trump wrote that your favorite President will meet you soon.

Former US Representative Is Looking After This App

As per the reports, the Truth Social App is developed by Trump Media & Technology Group. Former US representative Devin Nunes is overseeing Trump's media company. Truth Social will work with Rumble, a platform that is trying to position itself as an alternative to YouTube and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Available on iOS

The app is available on iOS, however, Android users might have to wait some more time. There are some reports that which say that iOS users who have installed the app on their phones have reported some issues. The report further said that some users were failed to create an account and users are added to a waitlist with a message which says ''Due to massive demand, we have placed you on the waitlist''.

Key Features

One of the most interesting features of this app is that it is free from political discrimination. Here anyone can sign up and share their opinion on a photo, news story, or video link. Apart from these, this app will show you the history of you posts and likes. These are visible in the profile section, as per description on the App Store. The rest of the feature is as similar to Twitter.
