New Delhi: All private and public banks will be closed for 21 days in the month of October as several national holidays and religious festivals of India fall in this month.
The celebration of religious festivals like Dussehra, Durga Puja and Eid-e-Miladunnabi take up most of the days of the month. In addition to Sundays, Gandhi Jayanti will also be observed on the 2nd of October. However, the holidays may vary across many states of the country.
