Delhi Cop’s Son Caught Harassing Woman in Viral Video Clipping

A video clip of Delhi cop’s son thrashing a woman has gone viral lately who later got arrested on charges of rape after being strictly ordered by Home Minister Rajnath Singh. In the video, the accused Rohit Tomar is seen assaulting the woman and trying to molest her and as reported by the victim, this incident happened in his friend's office in Dwarka.

As reported by the police, the woman was being called by the accused to the Dwarka office where he later tried to assault her sexually. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Dwarka), Anto Alphonse stated the above. This incident took place on September 2.

As stated by the victim, the accused even started beating her when she told him that she will file a complaint with the police for the sexual harass. However, no action was taken on the accused even after the video went viral. It was only after the directives coming from Home Minister Rajnath Singh to the Delhi Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik that the accused was arrested by the police.

The Home Minister tweeted, "I have taken note of a video where a youth has been seen severely beating a woman. I have spoken to the Delhi Police Commissioner over the phone and directed him to take necessary action in this regard."

The video shows the accused dragging the woman and brutally assaulting her. However, this is not the end as showing this same video clip, Tomar has blackmailed another girlfriend of him that if she does not comply with him; then she will also have to face the same consequences. The woman friend of Tomar has also filed a complaint at Tilak Nagar police station in west Delhi.
