Indian Railways relaxes ticket-refund rules during the period from March 2 to April 14

NEW DELHI: In view of cancellation of all passenger trains and all passenger ticketing up to April 14, 2020, the Indian Railways has decided to give a full refund of all tickets for journey during the period from March 2 to April 14.

These instructions shall be in addition to and in continuation of the relaxations in Refund Rules vide instructions dated March 21, 2020. The procedure for grant of refund shall be as follows:
