Man Arrested For Spreading False Bomb Threat At Mumbai University
Following the information, a team of police reached the university with a bomb-squad team. However, after the investigation nothing was found.
Mumbai: The Mumbai Police has nabbed a person for allegedly making a false bomb blast threat on the campus of Mumbai University.
According to reports, the man named Suraj Jadhav called up the police control room on Wednesday evening and threatened to blow Mumbai University campus with 10 minutes.
Following the information, a team of police reached the university with a bomb-squad team. However, after the investigation nothing was found.
Later, the police realized that the call was fake and arrested Jadhav from the Santacruz area of Mumbai.
Reportedly, an FIR has been registered in the matter and investigation is underway.
